I came out if this routine feeling heavy and thick and I can't wait for tomorrow to do it all over again. Athough tomorrow will be a much lighter day in terms of the routine where I plan on focusing more on pumping with stretching.
***In This Routine***
1. Bathmate
2. Jelqing: Directional, Uli-Hold, Regular Jelqs, Stretches.
3. Vacuum Pumps
4. Two-Stage pump
